I appreciate your frankness and honesty. I even may not have the level of 3 or 4 since I never taken any formal English qualification tests. If i tell you that I got my fellowship from a major US university for my doctorial study withougt even the TOFLE score, do you believe it? The fact is that the dept chair of that university thought my English, especially my oral English, was much better than the average Chinese students already in US schools so that I didn't need to take any English test. My requirement of having TOFEL score was waived by the university :)

Yes, it is 10:39 am US East time. It is exactly 12 hours behind Beijing time.

you are asking very good questions. but you forgot to mention that you could also find career in US, you could have new friends, and you could live in another place --- New York --- the city millions of people all over the world dream of.
