我发出的第三封信
My third letter ,let's rescue the dogs in Hangzhou!
Dear Officials,
Since I put my first letter to you on Hangzhou Net BBS, many friends have been working together to write letter to our government. However, our government seems have no reflection. So we’re writing to you again and again, because in our opinion you are a nice and strong orgnization, we only can win this battle with your help.
Maybe most people think Yunnan Province has killed the largest number of dogs.But that is the past.The policy of keeping dogs in Yunnan are becoming more reasonable. Several years before, a permit card cost 3000RMB, but after a hearing meeting,the price is 350RMB now including the fee of immune.Old people keep a dog is free.The people’s habit of keeping dogs is becoming better and the government provide a nice policy, that’s a virtuous circle.
The medium in Kunmin is also kind, they always report some great stories about dogs and people who love dogs.There many dogs in Kunmin, but with less limitation the dogs are familiar with human so human are rarelly hurt by dog. Hangzhou’s stern policy made dogs afraid of human, people was accidently hurt should be the result of the stern policy!
A stern policy is also a reason to produce stray dogs.Which should be limited is not normally keeping a dog but drop a dog without resbonsibility! If the policy made people think more carefully before buying a dog, the situation will be better!
Hangzhou government always announcing that we are building a harmonious city.But our policy is the most stupid in China!But we only can see little harmonious. Should a harmonious city is built by having no large dogs?Should a harmonious city is built by getting a high fee and give dog keepers so-called permit card? “Dogs are human’s friend”,we know this sentence since we are pupils.How can a city be harmonious even don’t know this sentence?
There is a friend in our BBS. He had a tiny dog and the dog had a card.One day it was threated by some guys so it hid under a car.Maybe it was threated seriously so no one can call it outside.So the owner of the car called the “City-ruled Department”.The department sent some guys and killed the dog.That means, the card is nothing,it’s only a way of making money but do not useful at all.
What’s the most hateful is, the dogs that were captured are always missing.The “City-ruled Department” usually tell lie, saying the dogs were ill to die.Actually they eat them or sell them.The “City-ruled Department” is dogs’ hell.
To emphasize again, Hangzhou will “clear up” large dogs since september.Please help us ,to rescue them before that time.

讲了昆明现在的合理的养狗政策,昆明的媒体不再诋毁狗
然后说杭州的建设和谐城市不应该把不养大狗当作其中的因素
又讲了CG把狗带去后狗失踪
有狗证也得不到好的保护
最后说9月份又要打狗希望大家一起努力 |
