83年的上海街头还是挺好看的，真要感谢这位老外，据说这些照片是用佳能单反拍的。

什么叫差距，汗，不过差距已经在缩小了……

发现太原的561有点不大一样，是不是和杭州一样是仿制的啊？还有厦门的561前脸怎么和早期的641和661一样啊，这个车型好像连上海都没看到过么

以下是他的话：
When I visited in 1983, my "primary" interest was photographing and mapping China's electric urban transport systems.

I had a list of ten cities that had trolleybus systems. However, I did not dream that I would stumble across 21 urban trolleybus systems, all but five of the 26 which were then in operation.

Fortunately, I had sufficient time and flexibility to pause as needed ...

... but I do admit to muttering, on more than one occasion, "Oh, h__l, not another trolleybus system!"


China trolleybus systems (arranged in English alphabetical order):

鞍山, Ānshān, opened 1975 January 1. Closed 2000 July 1.

北京, Běijīng, opened 1957 February 26.

本溪, Běnxī, opened 1960 July 1. Closed 1998 May 1. I did not visit this system, because I did not know about it.

长春, Chángchūn, opened 1960 July 1. Closed 2001 May 1.

成都, Chéngdū, opened 1962 January 1. Closed 1996 January 10.

重庆, Chóngqìng, opened 1955 December 24. Closed 2004 May 23.

大连, Dàlián, opened 1960 October 1.

福州, Fúzhōu, opened 1983 September 28. Closed 2001 March 14. I did not visit this system, because I did not know about it. (Too bad - I might have seen a "brand new" trolleybus system!)

广州, Guǎngzhōu, opened 1960 September 30.

杭州, Hángzhōu, opened 1961 April 26.

哈尔滨, Hā'ěrbīn (Harbin), opened 1958 December 31. Closed 2008 June 26.

吉林, Jílín, opened 1960 October 1. Closed 2000. I did not visit this system, because I did not know about it.

济南, Jǐnán, opened 1977 January 1.

兰州, Lánzhōu, opened 1959 January 1. Closed 2008 May 6.

洛阳, Luòyáng, opened 1984 October 1. I did not visit this system (it was not yet open).

南昌, Nánchāng, opened 1971 July 1.

南京, Nánjīng, opened 1960 August 1. Closed 1996 January 10.

青岛, Qīngdǎo, opened 1961 January 9.

齐齐哈尔, Qíqíhā'ěr (Qiqihar), opened 1959 January. Closed 2002. I did not visit this system, because I did not know about it.

上海, Shànghǎi, opened 1914 November 15. Shanghai has operated trolleybuses longer than any other city.

沈阳, Shěnyáng, opened 1951 November 1. Closed 1999 June 20.

太原, Tàiyuán, opened 1960 May 1.

天津, Tiānjīn, opened 1951 July 1. Closed 1995 July 15.

天水, Tiānshuǐ, opened 1958. Closed 1961. (I did not visit this city.)

武汉, Wǔhàn, opened 1958 September 20.

武汉钢铁厂, Wŭhàn Gāngtiĕchăng ("Wuhan Iron & Steel"), opened 1962 October 1. Closed, apparently during 2006. I knew about this system ... but simply forgot to visit it (!)

(Wuhan was the last city I visited in China, and I was "very" tired ...).

西安, Xī'ān, opened 1959 October 1. Closed 2009 January 14.

郑州, Zhèngzhōu, opened 1979 May 1.  

In addition, an urban trolleybus system ("opened 1996") has been reported at 南宁, Nánníng. Confirmation, at least in English, is lacking.

还有就是  连兰州，西安，哈尔滨 电车的消失  都是及时更新的

好像有无轨电车规划的国内城市还远不止南宁，可能是整个大环境变了，因此都偃旗息鼓了。
