many people may know, this help article is posted for another purpose. it is to test your reading skill. this article is a novice to intermediate level writing.

thus if you cannot read this poster after these many years' study in english,  i will suggest you to start from the beginning. and build a good and firm fundation for further improvement.  it is never too late to start.   

for those who can understand this article, do what i suggest there and you should be able to see changes in your english understanding and usage within a very short of time.
