as for me, i am working for a foreign company. i have to touch english by mails and phone calls. but i feel there has been less improvement for me if only use english to this level.

can you tell what i am doing here?  i have no plan to insult you at all.  you have so many chances at your work to do something to help, such as writing a simple note, speaking few new words over on the phone, or reading some articles from work.  but if you don't pay attention to your inputs and outputs, you are wasting time to ask questions about how to improve your english!

start from today and from what you are doing right now.  read some sentences and make them meaningful and fully understandable to you.  then write something correctly and carefully to others.  if you just write what you wrote above carelessly, i don't see a chance that you will improve your english

one thing i have to correct you.  i never say anything against anybody here. oops is a good friend here.  i enjoy reading his sharing.  sometimes we even share behind the scene.  everyone expressing her/his point here is welcomed.  i may say something to disagree at someone's point, but it is from my personal stance, and not from the stance of a forum host's.  unless the poster does something against the regulations of this forum.......

学英语有兴趣就能学好，其他都是空话。学二十几年的英语并不一定代表你有资格教别人学英语，学三年英语的人是有可能比学二十年英语的人水平好的。会多种外语并不代表你精通这些外语，会是一个很模糊的词。我会电脑，其实也只是个外行。所以千万不要以为自己英语还可以，其实许多方面我们都不行。我奉劝各位学英语的朋友从自身特点出发，不要盲从他人，不要迷信他人，不然你只会局限于一个框框，只会事倍功半。
I hope all people who study English can proceed from yours own characteristic , look for yours own study law , don't follow blindly others, donot superstition others, if not, you can only  confine yourself to a circle and will only get half the result with twice the effort .
